Sneak Preview Fall/Winter 2011-12
Aaiko’s fall/ winter collection has found her inspiration in the film ‘Easy Virtue’. The romantic touch of the twenties is embedded in the new collection; plissé dresses, fake fur coats and high waist trousers create the complete look.
The focus of the collection lays on femininity. The broad collection exists of coats, trousers, jeans, tops, dresses and knitwear. This year denim plays a big role in the collection. A few of Aaiko’s key-items are produced in denim, like the famous jumpsuit and the Celine blouse. On the other hand the knitwear makes a strong appearance with different melange colours. The knit has been used also on jersey tops as an eye catching detail .
Besides, Aaiko offers a strong leather program this season; from bright red leather pants with stepped details till diverse colours used on jackets and belts. In the second delivery the attention lays more on evening clothes, like the LBD, as well as men-suits in diverse qualities like sweat and shiny viscose.
